Jeanne

Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor
Jeanne Russell is a registered teacher through the Yoga Alliance (R.Y.T.) and has been teaching yoga to adults and children since 1989. She is certified through the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. She recently received her 500-hour professional level training certificate at Kripalu and has completed "Chakra Yoga" training.

Jeanne believes in a safe and gentle approach to teaching that is aimed towards meeting the individual needs of all students--from beginner to experienced. Students are encouraged and guided to be with the postures at their own pace, respecting their needs at each moment.
She is also the director of Music Together® of Portsmouth and has been teaching the program since 1998. Jeanne has been singing and dancing with children since 1977 and is an experienced preschool educator. Jeanne also offers community outreach programs and teacher workshops in area schools. Amy

Amy
Amy Antonucci began her journey with Sacred Circle Dance in Mexico in 1996. She has been teaching dances in the Seacoast NH/ME area since 2000 in various settings. Amy strives to bring the beauty and joy of the dance to everyone who attends the circles.

Beth

Beth is certified as a yoga instructor by the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. She is also a certified Integrative yoga therapist. Beth has served on the volunteer program staff and as a guest teacher at the Kripalu Center.

BB

BB Bayerle has lived in the Seacoast for 29 years,and received her Master Reiki training and certification in 2007.

Kathryn

Kathryn Thompson, educator and musician, lives in York, Maine and has been involved in the healing arts for 30 years. She became a certified laughologist in 2006 by Dr. Madan Kataria, founder of Laughter Yoga.
