Many people want to know what the experience of yoga is like before they come into a group. A private session gives you the chance to explore that in your own way. It’s also a perfect place to evaluate healing old injuries or preventing new ones.
For experienced yoga students¬:
	Work within your own schedule and tailor this time to your own unique needs and wants. Refine your present yoga practice.
For those with injuries or illnesses:
	Develop a yoga practice that is safe and healing, designed for your individual needs.
Your own personalized sessions can include instruction in:
1	yoga postures
2	breathing practices
3	relaxation and stress reduction techniques
4	meditation techniques
Go at your own pace - weekly, monthly, one-time;whatever works best for you and your schedule. Fee is $55/hr.
