Dress comfortably in loose clothing that allows you to breathe and move freely.
Try not to eat at least 2 hours before class as twisting, bending and stretching is easier when the belly isn’t full.
Everything you need is here, however, if you have your own mat, please feel free to bring it. We clean the mats after every class.
It is best to arrive a few minutes early to get settled on your mat.
Please do not wear fragrances as some students are very sensitive.
