Meditation
The practice of learning to be with ourselves, just as we are in each moment. In meditation we learn to see clearly, and then to let go of, our habitual patterns that keep us from truly connecting with ourselves, others and the world around us. Through meditation, we begin to tame our mind, so that it becomes the means by which we can take charge of our lives, open our hearts, and touch the basic goodness in ourselves and others.
